The Lishui facility combines the main production, inspection, testing, warehouse and project-release functions.

The base supports incoming inspection, machining, sealing-surface preparation, cleaning, assembly, testing, storage and shipment preparation.

Machining and Assembly

Machining routes cover bodies, bonnets, nozzles, discs, stems, guides, flanges and accessory interfaces. Product-family-based assembly areas maintain component identity and order-level traceability.

Testing and Final Release

Test activities are selected by valve family, pressure range, medium, specification and ITP. Finished valves are tagged, preserved, matched with reports and drawings, and packed for shipment.

Turning and Machining Centers

CNC lathes process bodies, bonnets, nozzles, discs, stems and guides. Vertical and horizontal machining centers produce flange faces, bolt circles, cavities, ports and accessory interfaces.

Drilling, Threads and Boring

Equipment supports bonnet, vent, drain, pilot, sensing and accessory connections. Metric, BSP, NPT and project-specified threads are produced where released drawings permit.

Grinding, Lapping and Spring Checking

Nozzle and disc sealing surfaces are prepared with controlled grinding and lapping. Project targets can include Ra ≤0.2 μm where design and material support it. Springs are checked for dimensions, load and compression.

Cleaning, Assembly and Audit Records

Valve-focused fixtures, torque tools, cleaning equipment and assembly aids support controlled production. Machine routes, first-piece records, dimensional inspection and tool-control records are available by project or supplier audit.

Pressure and Functional Tests

Set-pressure calibration, reseating / blowdown review, hydrostatic shell testing, pneumatic tightness and pilot functional testing are selected according to valve type and approved procedure.

Seat Leakage and Tightness

Metal-seat and soft-seat leakage are checked under the specified medium, pressure and acceptance method, including API 527 or project-specific criteria where required.

Material and Spring Inspection

Spectroscopic analysis / PMI, hardness, dimensions, ultrasonic thickness and spring load / travel checks support specified pressure-retaining, trim and critical components.

Range and Special Validation

The company portfolio reaches 42 MPa and −196°C–570°C, subject to model, fixture and test arrangement. Selected cryogenic or elevated-temperature validation can be planned. Helium leak testing is arranged through a qualified external laboratory when specified.
